New York City Wins 2009 Sustainable Transport Award

Korea Times reports about plans for 3114 km bicycle-only roads across the country. Bicycles shall replace 5 percent car traffic. Bicycle modal split shall raise from 1.2 percent up to 10 percent in in 2017.
